Condo

This condo was perfect for a summer stay for our family with 4 adults and 1 kid. Plenty of room, clean, and great location. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and super nice locker rooms. AC was a nice bonus. Front desk staff was super helpful and allowed us to keep the car parked in the garage while we finished up our pickleball tournament after checkout. They even allowed us access to the locker rooms after check out so we could change before hitting the old town hot springs. Highly recommend!

This condo is more updated than others. Though I think the property does need some improvement, this particular condo is updated. Location is perfect and walking distance to the base. Views are amazing! Condo has everything you need.

The unit itself is a 5 star - but the checkout harassment is unbelievable! First the condo: Nicely decorated, great location with a wonderful view of the slopes & down the valley, clean, comfy beds, nice linens - all excellent. Couple of issues with the stove not heating properly & a slow running sink which I'm guessing were just not previously reported. Everything else in great working order. Front desk/check-in staff were all very friendly & helpful. HOWEVER, I have never been so harassed about checkout in any other hotel or property rental I've ever stayed at. Checkout is at 10am and I received both a text and email the previous evening - plus another text & email AND phone call the morning of checkout. (We were NOT late checking out. These occurred between 8 and 9:30 am) To top it all off, the cleaning person had positioned the cart right outside of our room by 8:30am AND was standing outside of the room by 9am. WHY? (I sure hope she was getting paid to stand there for almost an hour...) Can't give this property a 5 star review because of the absolute hassle.
